All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. bprxch reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and coordinated betting to exploit promotions will result in account suspension.
All casino game outcomes on bprxch are determined by certified random number generators. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with official results. bprxch reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors or system malfunctions.
Using bots, automated betting software, exploiting technical glitches, money laundering, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. bprxch employs automated monitoring and will permanently close accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeiting all balances.
bprxch provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who activate self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the requested period with no option to reverse the restriction early. In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the bprxch Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bprxch. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.
Continued use. Your continued use of the bprxch Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.
The bprxch Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. bprxch reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and all funds returned to the source of deposit.
Each player may hold only one active bprxch account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different registration details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. This rule applies to accounts operated from the same device, IP address, household, or payment method.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. bprxch is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the player.
bprxch operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe after being requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
21+ strictly enforced. bprxch uses third-party age and identity verification services. Attempts to circumvent age verification using false documents are a criminal matter and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bprxch account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
bprxch strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available on all accounts at no additional cost. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bprxch immediately by contacting our support team.
bprxch will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from bprxch that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us at once.
All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonus claims — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised the activity, unless you have notified bprxch of a security breach in a timely manner.
bprxch accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in PKR: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, standard bank transfer, QR Pay, and Cash OTC. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Most deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your bprxch account within sixty seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect. bprxch does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed by bprxch within the timeframes set out below, subject to completion of KYC verification:
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed KYC verification; (b) no active wagering requirements must remain on your account balance; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold published in the Platform's banking section; and (d) funds must be withdrawn to a payment method previously used to deposit, where technically feasible.
All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on bprxch are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bprxch does not perform currency conversion and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion undertaken by your bank or payment provider prior to sending funds to bprxch is entirely at your own cost and risk.
bprxch offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry periods. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived funds are not withdrawable. If you attempt to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
The following practices are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings:
bprxch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and are being actively wagered in good faith will not be retroactively cancelled mid-campaign; however, future promotional eligibility may be affected by a change to the promotion structure.
All casino games on the bprxch Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for all slots within the game information panel. bprxch does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sportsbook bets placed on bprxch are settled on the basis of official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, the International Cricket Council for ICC events). In the event of an official result being unavailable or disputed, bprxch reserves the right to delay settlement until a conclusive result is confirmed.
bprxch reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:
Voided bets are returned as a stake refund to the player's bprxch account balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bprxch will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. bprxch's decision in such matters is final. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bprxch Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Anti-money laundering. bprxch is committed to preventing financial crime. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation as part of ongoing compliance checks. This is a legal obligation, not a discretionary measure.
All content on the bprxch Platform — including but not limited to the bprxch brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bprxch or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of bprxch.
Any unauthorised use of bprxch intellectual property — including scraping game data, reproducing odds feeds, or copying promotional content for use on third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bprxch's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by you to your bprxch account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.
bprxch shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any of the following types of loss, even if bprxch has been advised of the possibility of such loss:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bprxch's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
bprxch is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. Underage gaming is illegal and harmful — if you become aware of an underage individual using the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
You may close your bprxch account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements have been satisfied and KYC verification is complete. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon account closure.
bprxch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bprxch will provide reasonable prior notice before applying any dormant account administration fee. Details of the current dormant account fee schedule are available from our support team on request.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bprxch holds its operating licence.
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, a game outcome, or an account balance, you must first raise the matter with bprxch customer support. The support team will endeavour to resolve the dispute within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to bprxch's compliance department by emailing our support address with the subject line "Formal Dispute".
bprxch's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
bprxch reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bprxch will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.
The revised Terms will take effect from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically so you are aware of the current Terms. bprxch is not obligated to maintain an archive of superseded versions of these Terms, though previous versions may be provided on request.
